in a pan heat oil. add zeera as it turns golden, add garlic paste, ginger paste, and chilly paste stir it occasionally.
now fry onions, peas,carrot till it completely cooked now add fried paneer cubes , tomatoes, chilly sauce and spices.
mix it well and add boiled rice in it and stir for a while. garnish with grated paneer and green coriander.
serve with fresh yogurt |
