- rice Basmati 1 Kg, Washed And Soaked For 20 Minutes
- spring Onions 1 Cup, Finely Chopped
- capsicums 1 Cup, Finely Chopped
- carrots 2, Finely Chopped
- garlic 6 Cloves, Peeled And Finely Sliced
- eggs 6 Beaten
- white Pepper 1 Tsp, Powdered
- white Flour/ Chicken Stock Cube Mix 1 Tbsp
- yellow Food Color Pinch
- soya Sauce 2 Tbsp
- white Vinegar 2 Tbsp
- sesame Seed Oil Few Drops
- oil 1/2 Cup

- bring rice to boil in 2 ltrs of water mixed with a tbsp of shite vinegar and salt.
- when almost done, drain the rice, and leave on very low heat till done.
- when ready spread out the rice in a large tray. heat oil in a karahi or wok, fry garlic till light brown, adds the beaten eggs mixed with food color and fry quickly.
- when eggs form into pieces adds the vegetables, soya sauce, sugar, vinegar and white flour/ chicken stock cube mix.
- then add the rice, fry quickly with 2 large spoons, mix everything cube mix.
- then add the rice, fry quickly with 2 large spoons, mix everything thoroughly, add the sesame oil and serve hot.
